Re: Anything new on this front?

I wondered if that was from Zoolander or not...I haven't seen the movie, but I recognize Ben Stiller from that movie.

I probably would have seen a lot more movies like that but my wife is very picky about movies, so I ususally have to watch those kind by myself -- if I see them at all. She started watching Monty Python and the Holy Grail with me once and couldn't make it through the first scene before she shut it off. :(

Re: Anything new on this front?

shut it off?

but it's such a classic...the knights who say "Ni", the bridge, the black knight, the bunny...

"Brave Sir Robin ran away..."
"No!"
"bravely ran away away..."
"I didn't!"
"When danger reared its ugly head, he bravely turned his tail and fled."
"I never did!"
"Yes, brave Sir Robin turned about, and valiantly, he chickened out."
"Oh, you liars!"
"Bravely taking to his feet, he beat a very brave retreat. A brave retreat by brave Sir Robin."

I could go on, at great length, but I'll refrain for now.

Yes, it is certainly a tragedy. She barely managed to hold on through the credits. I thought it was hillarious (and I had seen it before), but she saw the guy with the coconuts making the horse hoof sounds and couldn't take it anymore. She is more of a romantic comedy movie person. She won't even watch Rush Hour 3 with me either.

I like the Knights who say "Ni" too and also the "bring out your dead" scene. Like at the end of that scene where the guy says, "Look it's a king!" and the other guy says, "How do you know?" and the 1st replies "He hasn't got any s*** on him!"

Which reminds me...have you ever heard of the card game called Munchkin? It is soooooo fun. It is one of the few games I have played much recently without a computer. It's kind of a parody of Magic and D&D and even incorporates some humor from Holy Grail. Google it, you'd probably like it.
